Fantastic hotel and staff I definitely will return wonderful location. The history of the hotel and the overall appearance is to be appreciated. The location right next to the Alamo and right across the road from the River Walk made our visit much easier and enjoyable!

The hotel is essentially within feet of the Alamo compound. That makes it very easy to visit the attraction at any time. Although the building is very old (built in the 1920s), the restoration has made it very nice as a functioning hotel. Our room on the 6th floor overlooked the Alamo, and it was very clean. It was also quiet where we could not hear our neighbors or any other noises other than showers above us.
